With over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence and innovation in the supply chain and logistics field, I am an accomplished professional known for directing end-to-end project functions, optimizing productivity, and leading the development and execution of innovative solutions. My expertise spans orchestrating intricate projects from inception to completion, even in the most demanding environments. I am proficient in tracking progress, establishing and achieving smart goals, and collaborating effectively with B2C and B2B teams.

As the owner of Gemini 9 Consulting LLC, I provide comprehensive business analysis and solutions, including organizational change management, process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, and training guidance. My role also encompasses web design, logo creation, marketing material review, and software analysis and QA testing.

At UPS Global Freight Forwarding Industrial Engineering, I excelled in various roles, such as Training Manager, Data Management Manager, and Operational Excellence Manager. I developed and managed training programs, produced valuable data insights, managed project lifecycles, and administered end-to-end operations. My initiatives significantly improved workforce productivity, streamlined processes, and enhanced operational efficiency.

With a Master of Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, I possess a strong educational foundation. My technical proficiencies include SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and various data analytics tools.  I also have my CargoWise Professional Certification.
